- Writing requirement documentation for software development team
- Dealing with issue escalation and management
- Supporting the formulation of test cases
- Supporting initial rollout phase
The Person:
- Experience of business analysis within telecoms sector
- Familiar with defining use cases
- Strong communication skills
- Exposure to Agile methodologies is beneficial
